All customers are required to participate in a free consultation before purchasing any service packages. The consultation helps us assess your credit situation and recommend the most appropriate package for your needs. Purchases made without prior consultation will not be processed.
Each package includes the specified number of dispute letters. Additional dispute letters beyond those included in your package may incur additional fees, which will be discussed in detail during your consultation.
All pricing is transparent and outlined clearly at the time of purchase. There are no hidden fees. You will be notified of any additional costs upfront before proceeding with any further services.
Payment for all services must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other standard forms of payment. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the services purchased.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a package has been purchased and work has commenced. If you have any concerns regarding the services provided, please contact us immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve any issues.
You may cancel a purchase prior to the commencement of services. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Any disputes regarding our services must first be addressed through our internal support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, we agree to engage in good faith negotiations to resolve any conflicts arising from the use of our services.
